Senior Director, Revenue Growth & Analytics

The Senior Director, Revenue Growth & Analytics will serve as a strategic leader for CareDx's Commercial organization, overseeing Field Operations, Revenue Growth Analytics, Forecasting, and Business Intelligence. This individual will provide executive-level leadership, strategic direction, and operational rigor to the Field Operations function, elevating organizational capabilities and ensuring alignment between commercial strategy, field execution, technology, and revenue growth objectives against Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy and AoP. In addition to leading Field Operations Center of Excellence, this role will mentor and develop the Field Operations team to include Incentive Compensation, Analytics and Insights, GTM Readiness, Territory Optimization, bringing best-in-class Field Operations practices, scalable processes, and analytical capabilities to support a rapidly evolving business.
This role is ideal for a transformational leader who can bring senior-level Field Operations expertise, advanced analytics capabilities, technology leadership and forecasting rigor to CareDx. The successful candidate will modernize and scale our commercial infrastructure, elevate the Field Operations function, and help shape the future commercial strategy that drives growth, supports our field teams, and ultimately improves outcomes for transplant patients.
What You'll Do
Field Operations Leadership
- Lead and develop the Field Operations organization, providing strategic direction, mentorship, and operational leadership to enhance the team's effectiveness and business impact.
- Serve as the senior Field Operations leader, establishing best practices, scalable processes, governance frameworks, and performance management capabilities across the commercial organization.
- Elevate the current Field Operations function by introducing advanced analytical capabilities, forecasting discipline, commercial planning processes, and operational excellence methodologies.
- Partner closely with Commercial Leadership to align operational priorities with business objectives and revenue growth strategies.
- Build organizational capabilities across Field Operations, reporting, analytics, territory planning, incentive support, and commercial effectiveness.
- Coach and develop team members while fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, innovation, and customer focus.
- Drive alignment across Field Operations, Commercial Technology, Marketing, Finance, Customer Experience, and Medical Affairs to ensure cohesive execution of commercial priorities.
Drive Revenue Growth Through Analytics & Insights
- Identify, quantify, and operationalize the key drivers of commercial growth across CareDx's product portfolio.
- Develop analytical frameworks that connect commercial activities, customer engagement, and field execution to measurable revenue outcomes.
- Translate complex data into actionable business recommendations and growth strategies.
- Support Annual Operating Plan (AOP) development, long-range planning, and go-to-market strategies.
- Identify and prioritize growth opportunities across key accounts, market segments, testing services, enterprise customers, and emerging markets.
Lead Forecasting & Revenue Intelligence
- Own the development and enhancement of forecasting methodologies and predictive revenue models.
- Establish a Revenue Intelligence framework that provides visibility into commercial performance, market opportunities, and growth drivers.
- Build predictive analytics, leading indicators, and scenario-planning models that improve forecast accuracy and executive decision-making.
- Evaluate commercial risks and opportunities through data-driven analysis and business modeling.
- Develop executive dashboards and scorecards that provide real-time insights into commercial performance.
Optimize Commercial Productivity & Field Effectiveness
- Develop commercial productivity models that measure the impact of field activities, engagement strategies, and resource deployment.
- Drive optimization of:
- Territory design and alignment
- Account segmentation strategies
- Go-to-market deployment models
- Resource allocation and investment decisions
- Cross-functional customer engagement approaches
- Incentive compensation design and evaluation
- Measure the effectiveness and ROI of commercial initiatives, marketing programs, customer engagement strategies, contracting efforts, and operational investments.
- Partner with field teams to continuously improve execution and commercial effectiveness.
Lead Commercial Technology Field Optimization
- Serve as the business liaison and strategic advisor CareDx's commercial technology ecosystem.
- Develop and execute a multi-year commercial systems roadmap aligned with organizational growth objectives.
- Lead the evaluation, design, implementation, and optimization of a fully integrated commercial enablement technology stack.
- Drive CRM platform optimization and user adoption initiatives.
- Partner with commercial stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technology solutions.
- Evaluate emerging technologies, AI-enabled capabilities, and commercial platforms that improve field effectiveness and customer engagement.
What You'll Bring
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in Field Operations, Revenue Operations, Field Operations, Commercial Excellence, Business Intelligence, or related functions.
- Proven success leading and transforming Field Operations and Field Operations organizations within high-growth healthcare, diagnostics, biotech, med-tech, or pharmaceutical environments.
- Demonstrated ability to build, mentor, and scale high-performing teams while elevating organizational capabilities.
- Experience serving as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on commercial strategy, incentive compensation, go-to-market readiness, revenue growth, forecasting, organizational design, and operational effectiveness.
- Deep expertise in Salesforce strategy and commercial business intelligence technology platforms.
- Proven success building commercial analytics, forecasting, revenue intelligence, and performance management capabilities.
- Strong understanding of Field Operations, customer engagement strategies, and commercial effectiveness programs.
- Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale cross-functional initiatives and technology transformations.
- Expertise in data visualization, reporting, business intelligence, and advanced analytics tools including Power BI, Tableau, and advanced Excel.
- Exceptional communication, executive presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Travel requirement is minimum of 20%.

This is the anticipated base salary range in the United States. The final salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include, but are not limited to, the type and length of experience within the job, the type and length of experience within the industry, education, etc. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives and restricted stock units. CareDx is a multi-state employer, and this salary range may not reflect positions that work in other states.
