As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a critical role in recruiting efforts across our organization, helping us build a high-performing team that supports both our services and software divisions. You'll help ensure that each project is staffed with employees who possess the right skills and the drive to transform lives.
Your Impact on Career TEAM’s Success
- Develop and implement proactive recruiting and retention strategies across multiple projects and business units
- Collaborate with project directors and division leads to identify future hiring needs and build a strong talent pipeline
- Conduct full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers
- Coordinate interviews and deliver a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers alike
- Update and maintain job descriptions, job postings, and recruitment materials using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Ensure candidates are assessed not only for technical competencies, but also for soft skills, cultural alignment, and long-term potential
- Stay up to date on industry best practices and bring new ideas to the table
- Act as a brand ambassador for Career TEAM, cultivating a positive and compelling employer brand
- Support national growth as new projects and partnerships are launched with Workforce Development Boards

What You Bring to the Role
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience with full-cycle recruitment and excellent communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong critical thinking, time management, and multitasking abilities
- Proven ability to work independently and in a distributed, virtual team environment
- High level of professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive candidate communications

Salary: $50,000 - $62,000 a year, commensurate with education and experience
