Typical steps for the interview process include:

  • A phone screen with a member of the People team, where we give you more information about the role and learn about your background and interest in working with us
  • A virtual interview with the Hiring Manager, where we dive deeper and provide a sense of what to expect from the role
  • A take-home assignment/project, for some roles, where we assess specific competencies required for the role
  • A round of virtual interviews, which may include but are not limited to team leaders and cross-functional partners, where we will gain a greater understanding of how your skills will help you succeed in this role
  • A virtual interview with the CEO to answer any final questions!
