Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant
Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team and provide exceptional care to students within a school setting. Responsibilities:

Participate in vibrant multidisciplinary team meetings to contribute to the creation or revision of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
Design and implement tailored therapy plans that enhance fine and gross motor skills, sensory processing, visual perceptual and cognitive skills, as well as self-care and daily living skills.
Provide enriching direct therapy sessions, both individually and in groups, to foster growth.
Adapt classroom activities and materials in creative ways to support and encourage student participation.
Collaborate with teachers, aides, and parents to seamlessly integrate therapy strategies into the classroom environment.
Recommend thoughtful modifications to the school environment to enhance accessibility for all students.
Train school staff on effective techniques to promote students' functional independence.

Required Skills:
