Physical Therapist

Carolina School Services (CSS) is hiring a Pediatric Physical Therapist (PT) to join our growing Wake Forest clinic team. This role is a great fit for a PT who loves hands-on, functional pediatric therapy and wants flexibility now with the opportunity to build into a consistent, full-time caseload over time. 

• Clinic-based pediatric PT (birth–21; caseload tailored to your strengths) 
• Focus areas may include gross motor skills, balance, coordination, strength, mobility, endurance, posture, and school/play readiness 
• Opportunities for 1:1 sessions and potential small groups as the program grows 
• Part-time to start, with room to grow into full-time as referrals build 
• Flexible schedule — choose your consistent days/times (after-school and daytime options) 
• Supportive team culture + strong administrative systems 

Qualifications (Required) 

• Active North Carolina PT license (or eligible) 
• Current NBCOT or FSBPT certification (as applicable) 
• Pediatric experience preferred (clinic, school, Early Intervention, daycare, etc.) or strong interest in pediatrics
