Responsibilities

• Collaborate with our esteemed SLP team to develop tailored treatment plans that address the unique needs and goals of each patient.
• Implement evidence-based speech therapy interventions aimed at improving communication abilities.
• Work in conjunction with other healthcare professionals, educators, and families to provide comprehensive support for patient care.
• Maintain precise documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes to ensure seamless continuity of care.
• Educate patients and their families about speech disorders and the therapeutic process to foster understanding and engagement.
• Stay informed on the latest research and best practices in the field of speech-language pathology to continuously enhance our service delivery.

Qualifications

• A valid state licensure or certification as a Speech Language Pathology Assistant.
• Experience working with pediatric populations is advantageous, but not mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology related to speech-language pathology.
• Familiarity with early intervention strategies and patient care practices.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively connect with patients and their families.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment, fostering a supportive and productive workplace.
