What you'll do at Cascade:

Serve the American Dream Through Attainable Home Ownership.

How you will do it:

  • Provide technical support to the Cascade servicing organization and servicing vendors, including on-call rotation.
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and fix issues.
  • Maintain system parameters and configurations.
  • Research requests and implement changes to meet business requirements.
  • Analyze, design, code, test, and implement business process automation and support post-deployment products using LoanServ Script master, PostgreSQL, Python, MS PowerApps, MS Power Automate, GitHub, Jenkins, and AWS.
  • Manage multiple ticketing systems for issues and requests.
  • Work with Vendors to resolve issues.
  • Maintain and update technical documents and procedures.
  • Ability to work well with cross-functional teams and completing priorities.
  • Prepare detailed software specifications.

What you will need to join Cascade:

  • Experience working with Python, SQL scripting, Jenkins.
  • Ability to explain complex technical ideas to those with limited IT and systems knowledge.
  • Ability to work directly with servicing business leaders to understand business requirements to automate business processes.
  • Ability to build, test and deploy ETL processes using Python.
  • Basic understanding of REST API’s, command prompt batch files and GitHub.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication.
  • Listening ability and patience.
  • Critical thinking skills.
  • Capacity and desire to learn new technologies either on your own or with online classes.
  • Possess individual drive to succeed & be able to handle multiple requests.

Desired Skills:

  • At least 2 years working in Mortgage Servicing or related field.
  • MS Power Suite, JavaScript, HTML, and AWS.
  • Experience with imaging, and ticketing systems.
  • Willing to learn LoanServ Mortgage System Scripting and other new technologies as needed.
  • Experience building Dev Ops pipelines (Jenkins is preferred).
