
Data Analytics Engineer (OIG)
Join our dynamic team as a Data Analytics Engineer at CASE Management Consulting!
This position requires an active TS/SCI Security Clearance with the ability to obtain a CI poly.

In this role, you will be responsible for conducting monthly reports, preparing the Semi-Annual Report to Congress, and creating the Annual Plan. Throughout the year, you will handle various ad-hoc requests.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Timeline to completion, milestones, decision points, and checkpoints including dates associated with FY Annual Oversight Planning Cycle initiatives.
- Detailed development life cycle for producing a process that transitions from the current state of conducting these data pulls in an ad-hoc manner to standardizing and automating the capability.
- Coordinate the draft project plan and schedule with the TPOC and stakeholders for approval and determination of suitable milestones, decision points, and checkpoints and deliverables.
- Notify the COR, TPOC and stakeholders when milestones are reached and coordinate meetings for reviews, demonstrations, and user testing.
- Work toward compliance with the established project plan and schedule above and immediately bring issues impacting compliance to the attention of the COR, TPOC and/or stakeholders for mitigation or adjustment of expectations.
Requirements:
- An active TS/SCI Security Clearance with the ability to obtain a Counterintelligence (CI) polygraph.
- A bachelor's degree in computer science, Data Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis and scripting.
- Expertise in ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) and ELT (Extract, Load, Transform) processes, as well as building scalable data pipelines.
- Experience using cloud analytics services (e.g., AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery, Azure Synapse).
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
- Understanding of statistical analysis and basic machine learning concepts.
- Ability to optimize data workflows for performance and cost efficiency.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with both business and technical teams.
Certifications:
- Certified Analytics Professional (CAP)
- Google Professional Data Engineer Certificate
- Databricks Certified Data Engineer Associate
- Azure Data Engineer Associate
- Cloud platform certifications (AWS, Azure) with a focus on data analytics solutions
Desired:
- Familiarity with DIA's OIG data architecture.
