Retail Creative Manager/ Creative Manager (Space Design) - Based in Korea

Purpose of Position

  • We are looking for a Retail Creative Manager/Space Designer to join us on the expansion of Casetify Studio in Korea region. The Retail Creative Manager/ Space Designer should have experience in Retail Design of both visual merchandising and store design, be the expert on the latest retail store trends, innovative digital and physical experiences. As part of our new team members, you will be working closely with the Creative Lead on the Global Retail Team and be responsible for store designs projects of Korea region. 


Job Description

  • Lead and implement the KR store and space design concept based on the global retail strategy as well as the KR marketing calendar
  • Develop fixture packages and interior designs, VM that present product offerings in innovative and efficient manner that support merchandise assortment strategies
  • Work closely with Global Retail team to ensure all projects are completed on time and to budget, working with vendors, contractors and logistics providers directly when necessary
  • Collaborate with the KR internal teams marketing, retail, business development to ensure deliverables completion to brand standards, budget and timeline
  • Develop the KR flagship store activation plan and work for execution in excellence as a project lead in between external, internal stakeholders
  • Budgeting and Project Management by partnering with KR country manager 
  • Provide guidance and innovative solutions to resolve technical and design challenges 

 

Requirement

  • Minimum of 5 to 8 years working experience within the area of commercial/retail architecture or interior design
  • With a focus on store concept development and/or store design and planning is an advantage
  • Bachelor’s degree within Architecture or Interior Design
  • Proficient in English
  • Ability to prioritize and service multiple projects concurrently
  • Self-motivated and self-disciplined
  • Strong project management skills, ability to oversee and manage multiple projects in complex environments involving several stakeholders
  • Great communication and presentation skills
  • Proficient in Sketch-Up, Enscape, Adobe Suite and AutoCAD, Revit or equivalent program
  • Ability to work across various cultures and timezones as needed to complete projects
  • Working experience in the multi-national companies is meriting
