Sales Representative

We work with over 3,000 teams around the world, empowering coaches, managers and trainers in premier teams in the NFL, NBA, NHL, MLS, EPL, AFL, NRL, NCAA and more. We provide the information they need to optimise athletes’ health, game-day readiness, and performance, as well as in-game tactics. Our solutions include wearable technology, video analytics, and athlete monitoring solutions, and we are passionate about helping sports organizations at all levels to better scout, recruit, teach, and win.

Due to ongoing success and growth, Catapult are increasing the size of our Sales team. This is an exciting opportunity for a Sales Representative to come onboard and be responsible for promoting and driving sales of the Catapult product suite.
Using the resources and technology provided you will grow and expand the client base, strengthening the brand and drive revenues while adhering to the Catapult culture code and values.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- New business sales: Remotely negotiating the terms of a sale, such as discounts, after-sale services, and customised sales packages
- Upselling: Selling additional products and services to existing Catapult customers
- Generating leads: Using cold emails, cold calls, and lead follow-ups to develop new sales opportunities
- Building relationships: Establishing rapport with potential customers, and maintaining relationships with customers after a sale
- Answering questions: Providing information to customers, and resolving any questions they may have
- Demonstrating products: Explaining the features and functions of Catapults products and services
- Maintaining databases: Keeping up to date with prospect databases, and researching for new leads
- Staying current: Keeping up to date with product and service information, as well as competitor offers
What You’ll Need:
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience with a proven track record of hitting targets
- To be willing to work in office a minimum of 3 days per week.
- Previous experience with outbound business development
- Excellent communication skills across all mediums
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure
- The ability to multitask and prioritise appropriately
- Be self-motivated with a mature, resilient and positive attitude
- Have the desire to succeed in a target driven sales environment
- Ability to work independently and be self-driven within a team structure
- Keen interest in sport and technology
- Confident using Google Workspace and Salesforce is also a plus
