Director, Revenue Operations

We are looking for a talented and inquisitive Director of Revenue Operations whose drive for learning and determination for continuous improvement aligns with our ambitious, fast-growing and transforming company. Based in Boston, they will optimize deal execution by introducing streamlined processes and leveraging automation. Their primary objective will be to offer actionable insights aimed at boosting revenue. Moreover, this individual will facilitate effective communication of any operational changes to the Sales team, ensuring seamless adaptation and compliance monitoring.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Define and optimise end-to-end sales processes centred around Salesforce, driving efficiency and alignment.
  • Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and executing process enhancements in collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance overall revenue performance.
  • Continuously review and implement technologies to enhance salesforce efficiency, ensuring seamless change management and high tool adoption.
  • Streamline the Deal Desk process with Finance and Operations, playing a critical role in Salesforce CPQ and Salesforce/Netsuite Integration teams.
  • Utilise data analytics to identify trends, forecast revenue, and provide insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and report on revenue operations effectiveness.
  • Manage and optimize marketing technology stacks and processes to ensure efficient and effective marketing operations
  • Leadership of the Systems, Sales Operations and Insights Team members.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • 10+ years of sales and business operations experience or directly relevant experience; able to leverage knowledge and industry best practices from other high-growth SaaS companies.
  • Proven ability to lead a high-performing revenue operations team, providing mentorship and professional development opportunities.
  • Demonstrated success in optimising revenue processes and driving business growth.
  • Experience with Salesforce and Salesforce CPQ, as well as Hubspot; familiarity with NetSuite is a plus.
  • Highly organised and accountable; Able to develop, manage, and communicate project status across teams to support a common goal. 
  • Strong interpersonal skills: Must be sharp, energetic, assertive and results-oriented; able to prioritise and focus in a rapidly evolving environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to collect stakeholder feedback, deeply understand their pain points, and meet them on their level to drive solutions.
