This position requires familiarity with American College Football Recruiting industry and all facets related. Sales experience is preferred but not required, and knowledge of the industry, connections with people in the industry are a requirement. Job responsibilities include managing existing accounts, cold calling on new accounts, quoting clients for certain price points and ability to close deals. Following up on existing accounts to assure customer service is essential. Ability to manage a portion of our prospect database, find prospects, evaluate prospects for college programs, create profiles and enter players into the Catapult Scout database. Sales will precede scouting most of the year.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage existing college accounts.
- Assure customer success and have a high renewal rate.
- Call on potential new clients.
- Learn sales techniques and how to create interest in our product from college football recruiting offices.
- Bring in “New Clients” on a quarterly, and yearly basis by prospecting, setting demos, and closing deals.
- Scout an area of the country as designated.
- Follow staff changes in the industry and communicate those changes among team members.
- Plan sales trips, maximizing company funds as relates to job initiatives.
- Attendance at certain events is required as related to company expectations and goals.
- Will be required to learn scout and demonstrate how to use in person and via online meetings.

- The person must be able to manage time in a remote working environment.
- Self-starter with a motivated work ethic without a traditional office work environment.
