BENEFITS, POLICY & COMPLIANCE MANAGER

Our mission is to improve the performance of athletes and teams, which we do by engineering the premier technology platform for sport. We've been at the forefront of sports technology and science since 2006 - we don't just work in the sporting industry, we are actively changing its future.  Our solutions are designed to help athletes and coaches “play smart” in a world where 1% can literally mean the difference between winning and losing.

We work with over 4,600 teams around the world, empowering coaches, managers and trainers in premier teams in the NFL, NBA, NHL, MLS, EPL, AFL, NRL, NCAA and more. We provide the information they need to optimize athletes’ health, game-day readiness, and performance, as well as in-game tactics.  Our solutions include video analytics and athlete monitoring solutions, and we are passionate about helping sports organizations at all levels to better scout, recruit, teach, and win.

WE WANT PEOPLE WHO ARE PASSIONATE ABOUT BUILDING STRONG FOUNDATIONS FOR PEOPLE TO THRIVE

We are looking for a detail-oriented and globally minded Benefits, Policy & Compliance Manager to join our team in London. This role is central to shaping and governing the policies and practices that underpin our employee experience and ensure our operations remain compliant, consistent and future-ready.

As the go-to expert on policy and benefits governance, you’ll work closely with our regional People & Culture team members to ensure clarity, consistency, and compliance across the globe. You’ll play a critical role in driving policy clarity, minimising risk, strengthening frameworks, and embedding high standards across the employee lifecycle.

This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in complexity, enjoys translating legislation into practical action, and is passionate about building strong foundations for a global, fast-moving company.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Act as the global owner and primary subject matter expert for all People & Culture (P&C) policies and procedures, providing strategic direction, practical guidance, and expert support to a global P&C team. Ensure consistent global interpretation, implementation and application of policies, aligned with organisational values, legal requirements, and best practice.
  • Drive proactive and continuous compliance with all global labour laws. As a key part of this, you will be responsible for the direct management and oversight of all US federal and state compliance, including but not limited to Form I-9, EEO-1, and managing key US benefits processes.
  • Lead and manage global benefits reviews, renewals, and vendor relationships, providing data-driven recommendations that align with regional market demands and organisational objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with the Finance team to ensure accurate and timely processing and payment of global payroll and benefits, managing related data flows and reconciliations.
  • Develop and implement a proactive compliance and audit program. You'll ensure the company remains compliant with all relevant labour laws and regulations, and you'll work in partnership with the global P&C team to conduct regular local audits and maintain high standards of compliance.
  • Design and maintain a robust global policy framework, translating multiple labour laws into clear, actionable policies and procedures. You'll empower the P&C advisory team to execute these policies effectively across all entities.
  • You will set the global standards for employee file compliance and data protection, providing training and support to the P&C team on requirements and best practices.
  • Lead key policy and compliance projects, including the creation and maintenance of employee handbooks, coordinating compliance-focused training, and optimising core P&C processes to achieve efficiency and compliance.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

  • Relevant experience in global P&C operations, processes, benefits, and multi-country compliance across diverse regions, specifically the Americas, UK, and Australia.
  • Strong knowledge of core global P&C service functions, including global benefits administration, payroll operations, policy and compliance.
  • Deep and current understanding of regional P&C compliance requirements, global employment laws, and best practices across various jurisdictions. Strong grasp of P&C data infrastructure and privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR).
  • Project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency with global P&C technology systems (HRIS, payroll platforms, benefits administration systems), terminology, and process optimisation.
  • Demonstrated organisational, analytical and time management skills and display the following aptitudes: communication, problem solving and conflict resolution.
