
IT Support Analyst

As an IT Support Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting Censys’ employees, devices, and software. As one of the most visible team members in the company, you’ll develop meaningful partnerships with colleagues on all Censys teams, and be a valued team member of a mission-driven technology company at an exciting time in its history. Reporting to IT Analyst Team Lead, you will work closely together to support our most valuable assets - our people.
What you’ll do:
- Work closely in a medium sized (150-200 person) company to support staff and their technology needs both in-person and remotely
- Act as primary point of contact for in-office support involving hardware, Zoom Rooms, onboarding, etc.
- Prioritize, address, and resolve employee requests via Zendesk, Slack, and Zoom
- Onboard new employees in-person and remotely
- Assist in control implementations related to internal security assessments
- Actively contribute to our internal knowledge base and provide continued training/support
- Manage updates to our inventory management system
- Lead the support and configuration activities for complex technologies
- Work with the Security team to ensure organizational compliance with our regulatory requirements
- Participate in an on-call rotation for critical after-hours requests
- Ad hoc office management duties such as supporting deliveries, meal setup and cleanup, and other related responsibilities
Skills you’ll have:
- 3+ years experience supporting IT services and contributing to technology-driven business processes
- Experience working with MacOS, cloud-based technologies, and SaaS services (Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, etc.)
- Ability to make decisions, shift priorities and manage time to meet changing and evolving needs
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt & develop new technical skills as technology changes

Our target salary range for this role is between $99,000 - $140,000 USD + bonus eligibility and equity.
We are located in Ann Arbor, MI, Kirkland, WA, Los Altos, CA, and Tysons, VA. However, we are looking to hire this position in the Los Altos, California area specifically to support our office there, as well as our employees across the PST and APJ time zones. You will have travel opportunities to meet and connect with colleagues.
