We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated SaaS Project Manager l to join our team. The Level IV Implementation Manager will lead the overall strategy and execution of SaaS implementations, ensuring alignment with the company's vision and long-term goals. This role requires exceptional leadership, deep industry expertise, and the ability to manage highly complex projects and cross-functional teams. 

Location & Interview Process
We prefer candidates who can work in a hybrid capacity from one of our corporate offices in Holmdel, New Jersey or Fort Lauderdale, Florida. However, we will consider remote candidates located in other U.S. states for the right individual.

As part of our hiring and security protocols, candidates hired into fully remote roles are required to participate in an in-person interview or face-to-face meeting prior to their first day of employment.

 

Key Accountabilities: 

  • Define, develop, and execute the overall strategy for managing high-complexity SaaS implementations. 
  • Ensure alignment with the company’s vision, mission, and long-term goals. 
  • Oversee the execution of multiple customer implementations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. 
  • Collaborate with executive leadership, sales, product, and customer teams to define and refine technical scopes and strategic initiatives. 
  • Lead risk management efforts, proactively identifying and resolving high-impact project issues. 
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement in implementation methodologies, tools, and processes. 
  • Ensure seamless data management, workflow testing, product validation, and post-implementation support for successful go-lives. 
  • Establish and maintain best practices for implementation processes, including standardization across multiple project teams. 
  • Provide strategic insights and guidance to customers and internal teams, ensuring alignment on business objectives. 
  • Mentor, train, and provide leadership to project owners, team members, and senior stakeholders to enhance project execution and efficiency. 
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for escalated customer issues and strategic discussions, driving resolution and client satisfaction. 
  • Offer expert consultation on complex integration and customization projects, ensuring technical feasibility and operational success. 
  • Stay at the forefront of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to enhance implementation efficiency. 
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, risk logs, and status reports for internal and external stakeholders. 
  • Drive the development of advanced training materials, resources, and knowledge-sharing initiatives to strengthen the implementation team. 
  • Engage with senior management to align implementation strategies with broader business objectives and company growth initiatives. 

Desired Skills & Experience:  

  • Extensive experience in managing SaaS implementation projects, particularly high-complexity, multi-product, and cross-functional integrations. 
  • Expertise in SaaS products, complex integrations, and large-scale enterprise implementations. 
  • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple concurrent projects while maintaining high customer satisfaction. 
  • Advanced knowledge of project management methodologies, including scope definition, risk assessment, and resource planning. 
  • Deep understanding of industry trends, best practices, and compliance requirements for SaaS implementations. 
  • Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and ability to drive innovation and continuous improvement in implementation processes. 
  • Exceptional leadership and mentorship skills, with the ability to influence and drive impact at all levels of the organization. 
  • Proficiency with project management software (e.g., excel, sharepoint, microsoft suite) and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce). 
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for managing executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred. 
  • PMP, CSM, or other relevant certifications are a plus. 
  • Ability to travel as needed.

Base Salary Range

$75,000 - $95,000 USD
