Technical Recruiter
Cerebras Systems builds the world's largest AI chip, 56 times larger than GPUs. Our novel wafer-scale architecture provides the AI compute power of dozens of GPUs on a single chip, with the programming simplicity of a single device. This approach allows Cerebras to deliver industry-leading training and inference speeds and empowers machine learning users to effortlessly run large-scale ML applications, without the hassle of managing hundreds of GPUs or TPUs.
Cerebras' current customers include global corporations across multiple industries, national labs, and top-tier healthcare systems. In January, we announced a multi-year, multi-million-dollar partnership with Mayo Clinic, underscoring our commitment to transforming AI applications across various fields. In August, we launched Cerebras Inference, the fastest Generative AI inference solution in the world, over 10 times faster than GPU-based hyperscale cloud inference services.
The Team
The Recruiting team plays a huge role in how Cerebras grows. By the end of 2025, we’ll have hired close to 300 people worldwide, and in 2026 we’re continuing to scale, while staying laser-focused on hiring exceptional talent.
We work in a collaborative, fast-moving environment with people who enjoy solving hard problems, moving quickly, and building something meaningful together.
The Role
We’re looking for a Technical Recruiter to help support our rapid growth as we scale. This role goes beyond traditional software recruiting and spans company-wide hiring, including R&D as well as non-technical functions such as Customer Engineering, Product Management, Finance, and more.
This is a great opportunity for recruiters who enjoy broad exposure across an organization and thrive outside of a single functional lane. The role is highly focused on proactive sourcing, identifying exceptional talent we may not otherwise reach, while managing multiple hiring pipelines and owning up to 20 concurrent roles.
Responsibilities
- Source, attract, and close top talent across all disciplines, owning full-cycle recruiting from initial outreach through offer acceptance
- Deliver a high-touch, efficient candidate experience from application through offer
- Partner closely with hiring managers to define hiring plans and sourcing strategies, and keep interview and offer processes moving forward
- Maintain clear, consistent, and thoughtful communication with candidates throughout the recruiting lifecycle
- Build and nurture long-term talent pipelines and relationships to support future hiring needs
Requirements
- Proven experience sourcing niche and hard-to-find talent, with creative and proactive approaches
- Full-cycle engineering recruiting experience, including driving referrals, with a strong track record in a scaling organization
- Experience in a fast-paced startup environment (preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive mindset and the ability to build strong, productive relationships
- Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems such as Greenhouse
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize, multitask, and stay organized while managing multiple roles at once
Location
Our headquarters are in Sunnyvale, CA, with additional offices in Toronto, Canada, and Bangalore, India.
This role is open to hybrid or fully remote candidates across North America.
