Ceribell is a fast-growing MedTech company dedicated to revolutionizing patient care through innovative medical technologies. We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Director of Business Development Representatives (BDR) to lead our BDR team and drive revenue growth.
Position Summary:
The Director of Sales Development (BDR Leadership) will be responsible for building, managing, and mentoring a high-performing team of BDRs. You will develop and implement strategic outbound prospecting initiatives to generate qualified leads and accelerate sales pipeline growth. This role requires a strong leader with a proven track record in sales development, a deep understanding of the MedTech industry, and a passion for coaching and developing talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and Manage BDR Team: Recruit, train, and manage a team of BDRs, fostering a culture of high performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Develop and Execute Outbound Strategies: Design and implement effective outbound prospecting strategies, including email campaigns, cold calling, social selling, and other lead generation tactics.
- Set and Achieve Targets: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the BDR team, ensuring consistent achievement of lead generation and pipeline goals.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align on target accounts, messaging, and lead qualification criteria.
- Optimize Sales Development Process: Continuously refine and improve the BDR process, leveraging data and insights to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide Coaching and Mentorship: Coach and mentor BDRs on prospecting techniques, sales skills, and product knowledge, empowering them to succeed in their roles.
Qualifications:
- Proven Leadership Experience: 5+ years of experience in sales development leadership, with a demonstrated ability to build and manage high-performing teams.
- MedTech Industry Expertise: Deep understanding of the MedTech industry, including market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Strong Sales Development Skills: Proven track record of success in outbound prospecting, lead generation, and pipeline development.
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Data-Driven and Analytical: Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data to drive decision-making and optimize performance.
- Passion for Coaching and Development: A genuine desire to coach and mentor BDRs, fostering their professional growth and success.
A candidate’s final salary offer will be based on their skills, education, work location and experience, and thus it may differ from the posted range. Compensation may also include bonuses consistent with Ceribell’s corporate compensation plan. Compensation Range
$155,000 - $205,000 USD
