Position Overview:

Ceribell is seeking a highly motivated Senior Product Manager to lead the evolution of our Clarity seizure algorithm portfolio. This individual will play a critical role in defining next-generation algorithmic solutions.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong technical background, preferably in EEG, biomedical signal processing, or ML algorithm development, and be passionate about translating clinical needs into impactful solutions. This role will also serve as a key point of contact with Neurology Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to collect voice-of-customer insights and shape the roadmap for future product and algorithm innovation.
What you'll do:
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify unmet clinical needs and define product strategies that align with Ceribell’s vision and business objectives
- Translate clinical needs into product and algorithm requirements.
- Serve as the Voice of Customer (VOC) by building and maintaining strong relationships with neurology KOLs and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Design, Engineering, Clinical, and Regulatory to design and develop the algorithm products.
- Partner with commercial teams to define go-to-market strategies that align with Ceribell’s vision and business objectives, support product positioning and launch plans.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Neuroscience, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical discipline; Advanced degree (PhD or MD) preferred.
- Proven technical or clinical background in EEG signal processing, biomedical signal processing, or algorithm development.
- Proven experience managing algorithm or software product development lifecycles.
- 2+ years of product management or business analytics experience preferred.
- Ability to independently conduct product research, including literature review, physician interviews, and competitive landscape assessments.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive market and product insights from complex data.
- Excellent executive communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to travel up to 25%.
Compensation Range
$178,000 - $196,000 USD
A candidate’s final salary offer will be based on their skills, education, work location and experience, and thus it may differ from the posted range. Compensation may also include bonuses consistent with Ceribell’s corporate compensation plan.
