Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated, curious, and analytical Salesforce (SFDC) admin to help build our CRM for our future growth. Reporting into the Manager, Business Systems, you will own, develop, and scale our CRM for new programs, products, and AI enablement.
What you'll do:
Salesforce administration

- Manage platform day-to-day including onboarding, off-boarding
- Run regular audit process
- Manage existing flows / automations
Salesforce development
-
- Build objects, flows, and automations within SFDC
- Partner with commercial operations and sales enablement to understand problem statements and mockup solutions
- Partner with other business functions (ERP, order management) to understand requirements and build solutions within CRM
- Build (or learn to build) Apex automations within SFDC
Data analytics

- Partner with data-lake to ensure proper storage of SFDC data in our data platform (snowflake)
- Run analytics on SFDC data to support the commercial organization
Reporting and visualization

- Partner with data-lake to ensure proper storage of SFDC data in our data platform (snowflake)
- Build dashboards within SFDC or other visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field preferred.
- 2-3+ years of experience with salesforce as a administrator
- Certified Salesforce Admin highly preferred
- Certified Salesforce App builder preferred
- Certified Salesforce AgentForce preferred
- Experience with AgentForce preferred
- Innate curiosity—you investigate anomalies, ask the right questions, and push beyond surface-level explanations
- Strong judgment and integrity, balancing efficiency with the rigor required for sensitive compensation processes
- Analytical skills, including automation, complex formulas, macros, and VBA
- Visualization skills, experience with PowerBI or Tableau preferred
- Clear communicator who can translate complex logic or compensation structures to non-technical stakeholders
- Ownership mindset
- Experience with AI tools – Gemini Pro or ChatGPT
Compensation Range
$100,000 - $115,000 USD
A candidate’s final salary offer will be based on their skills, education, work location and experience, and thus it may differ from the posted range. Compensation may also include bonuses consistent with Ceribell’s corporate compensation plan.
