Partner Marketing Specialist, Programs
Chainguard is building the trusted foundation for software supply chain security. As our partner ecosystem continues to grow across GSIs, regional SIs, channel partners, technology alliances, and cloud providers, we are investing in scalable partner marketing programs to support that growth.
We are hiring a Partner Marketing Specialist to support the execution of Chainguard’s global partner marketing strategy. This role is focused on building and executing repeatable programs, supporting partner campaigns, and helping scale partner marketing operations across a diverse and growing ecosystem.
You will work cross-functionally with Partnerships, Product Marketing, Field Marketing, Sales, and Marketing Operations to deliver campaigns, improve processes, and ensure a consistent partner experience. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role with strong exposure to global partner programs and go-to-market initiatives.
This role is a unique opportunity to grow your partner marketing expertise while playing a hands-on role in shaping and scaling how we engage and activate our partner ecosystem.
What you will do
- Support the execution of scalable partner marketing programs across GSIs, channel, cloud, and technology partners
- Assist with partner onboarding, enablement, and lifecycle communications, including newsletters and partner updates
- Help build and maintain standardized onboarding materials and co-marketing resources for partners
- Execute partner marketing campaigns, including content, events, sponsorships, and digital activations
- Support partner programs such as incentives, swag, and campaign communications, including coordination and tracking
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Partner Marketing, Field Marketing, Channel, Product Marketing, and Enablement teams
- Use AI tools to support content creation and improve efficiency in program execution
- Support ongoing improvements to partner marketing processes to help scale beyond 1:1 execution
What we are looking for
- 3–5 years of experience in partner marketing, B2B marketing, or related roles, ideally in SaaS and/or cybersecurity
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with partner ecosystems such as Channel, GSIs, MSPs, technology alliances, or cloud providers
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams
- Experience with marketing tools such as Salesforce or similar platforms
- Data-oriented mindset with an interest in measuring and improving partner supported campaign performance
- Comfort using AI tools to improve productivity and scale execution
Nice to have
- Experience in cybersecurity, cloud security, DevOps, or developer tooling
- Exposure to partner marketing or ecosystem GTM strategies
- Experience working in a high-growth startup environment
Base Salary Range
$85,000 - $100,000 USD
