Revenue Operations (RevOps) Manager

NY or SF

About Chalk

Chalk is building the data platform that powers the future of machine learning applications. We tear down complexity, latency, and scale barriers that have traditionally constrained ML capabilities. Our platform combines Rust-speed performance with elegant tools that developers love to use. Leading companies depend on Chalk for everything from stopping fraudulent credit card swipes, verifying identities, and maximizing clean energy capture.

About the role

We’re bringing on our first RevOps hire to build the operating system behind Chalk’s GTM engine. You’ll sit at the center of marketing, sales, and CS—owning systems, attribution, insights, and process across the funnel. From territory planning and forecasting to dashboards and data strategy, you’ll shape how we grow.

This is a hands-on, high-leverage role for someone who’s supported complex enterprise motions, wrangled multi-touch attribution, and built modern GTM stacks from scratch. You should be as comfortable debugging email deliverability as you are pressure-testing a forecast or designing a new tech stack for outbound.

We work in-person Monday through Friday in our SF and NY offices. We don’t currently offer remote or hybrid positions.

What you will do

  • Architect and scale GTM systems across marketing, revenue, and product
  • Own multi-touch attribution modeling and full-funnel pipeline analytics
  • Design and implement our GTM tech stack—including Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, and enrichment/attribution tools
  • Build revenue dashboards and operational reporting using tools like Hex, Looker, and internal analytics
  • Design and optimize forecasting models, lead scoring, campaign tracking, and territory assignments
  • Partner with revenue and product leadership to evaluate performance and guide strategy
  • Maintain data integrity and enforce governance across all systems
  • Translate business questions into analytical frameworks—running ad hoc analysis or working with technical teams

What we’re looking for

  • 5–8+ years of experience in RevOps or SalesOps roles at high-growth B2B SaaS companies—ideally in developer tools or infrastructure
  • Deep familiarity with sales-led enterprise motions and complex multi-stakeholder deal cycles
  • Strong grasp of attribution, funnel metrics, and pipeline performance modeling
  • Hands-on experience with modern RevOps tooling and workflows—especially Salesforce, HubSpot, Clay, and AI-native tooling
  • Experience using data visualization tools like Hex, Looker, Tableau, or equivalent
  • Familiarity with usage-based pricing models and how they impact forecasting, attribution, and strategy
  • Proven ability to translate complex data into clear recommendations for GTM and executive teams
  • Collaborative and proactive—you bring structure, insight, and execution to a fast-moving team

Bonus points

  • Experience with AI/ML or developer-first products
Exposure to both sales-led and product-led growth strategies
  • Familiarity with modern GTM tools like Clay, Clearbit, and AI-native tooling
  • Proficiency in SQL or Python for deeper analysis and modeling
  • You’ve helped build a RevOps function at an early-stage company

As a government contractor subject to the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA), we request this information in order to measure the effectiveness of the outreach and positive recruitment efforts we undertake pursuant to VEVRAA. Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
