Senior Marketing Manager

We’re seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Manager with a background in the home services industry—HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or a related field—to lead results-driven marketing strategies for our brands.

In this role, you will develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans that drive top-line growth and increase lead generation. Taking a full-funnel approach to marketing, you will shape regional strategies, launch new service lines, and partner with operational leaders to deliver measurable results.

This position is ideal for a data-driven marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and enjoys turning insights into actionable business outcomes.

Brea, California. Hybrid, with 25% travel to brand locations.

Responsibilities

Develop Individual Marketing Plans & Strategies for Multiple Brands
You will develop marketing plans and strategies for multiple brands, tailoring each to the unique needs of its market and service lines. In partnership with the Campaign Development and Digital Marketing teams, you will build data-driven plans that drive revenue growth and focus on acquiring new customers.

Marketing Expertise
You will work with internal teams and external partners to develop and execute campaigns across digital and traditional channels, including PPC, LSA, TV, print, and direct mail. You will leverage full-funnel marketing expertise to drive results across awareness, consideration, and conversion stages.

Expert in Assigned Brands
You will serve as the foremost expert in your assigned brands’ needs, business goals, opportunities, and challenges, including the competitive market landscape.

Collaboration with General Managers (GM)
You will act as the go-to marketing expert and partner for each brand’s GM, equally committed to driving brand growth. You will build strong operational partnerships to understand market dynamics and ensure marketing strategies are aligned and effective.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
You will collaborate across departments to plan, launch, and measure lead generation campaigns spanning digital, direct mail, TV, radio, sponsorships, and hyper-local marketing.

Marketing Generalist
You will work effectively with specialists across marketing disciplines and translate strategies into actionable plans for operational teams, ensuring understanding and alignment on program purpose and benefits.

Data Analysis
You will continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing reports, insights, and actionable recommendations to optimize effectiveness.

Budget Management & Planning
You will have full ownership of the marketing budgets for each brand, including planning, allocation, and ongoing optimization. You will track results, adjust spending to maximize ROI, and provide General Managers with regular updates on performance and budget pacing.

Vendor/Agency Management
You will build and maintain strong relationships with external marketing agencies and vendors to ensure successful campaign execution.

Brand Communication
You will organize and lead regular marketing meetings with brand leaders to ensure alignment and focus on growth initiatives.

Team Leadership & Collaboration
You will be an integral part of the marketing leadership team, collaborating with cross-functional colleagues to create and deploy best-in-class marketing programs. You thrive in driving marketing, growth initiatives, and measurable business impact.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field (MBA a plus).
  • 8+ years of overall marketing experience with a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
  • Experience managing partner relationships and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • In-depth digital marketing expertise (PPC, LSA, retargeting), either with an agency or in managing vendor relationships.
  • Experience in home services, multi-site businesses, retail, or hospitality preferred but not required.
  • Demonstrated experience in budgeting, results analysis, and strategic planning.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience supporting multiple sites.
  • Experience identifying target audiences and creating campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
  • Proficiency with marketing systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) or similar software.

$120,000 - $130,000 USD
