Since 2009, our sales and revenue management tool, Adpoint, has served major global media organizations, establishing us as experts in comprehensive media sales solutions. With a team of over 100 professionals across offices in London and the Czech Republic, we serve an international clientele.

 

Role Overview  

The Marketing Campaign Manager will work directly with the Global Marketing Director to strategize, design, and execute marketing campaigns that drive lead generation and nurture customer relationships. This role requires expertise in digital marketing, campaign management, and analytics to ensure the successful delivery of integrated marketing initiatives.

 

Key Responsibilities:  

  • Plan, develop, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and engagement.
  • Design and manage sophisticated email marketing campaigns, optimizing for engagement and conversions.
  • Oversee and optimize CRM projects in HubSpot, including lead nurturing and customer journey mapping.
  • Implement and manage marketing automation processes to streamline and scale campaign efforts.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and develop data-driven insights to improve campaign efficacy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand alignment and campaign integration across all platforms.
  • Stay informed of industry trends to keep campaigns innovative and competitive.

 

Qualifications:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, campaign management, and B2B lead generation.
  • Expertise in HubSpot CRM, marketing automation, and email marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with performance metrics to drive data-informed decisions.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Proven experience in campaign optimization and digital marketing best practices.
