About the Role
CharterUP is looking for a Creative Video & Content Producer to take the lead in developing engaging visual content, with a primary emphasis on video production. This role requires a strong creative mindset and a solid background in video storytelling to create compelling content that reflects our brand identity. The ideal candidate will have experience in conceptualizing, scripting, shooting, editing, and optimizing videos for various social platforms and digital channels. They should be skilled in capturing impactful visuals and telling stories that connect with our target audiences. Strong communication, creativity, and collaboration skills are key as this role involves close interaction with marketing, PR, and social media teams to produce high-quality video content that enhances brand engagement and awareness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Video Production: Oversee the end-to-end production of video content, including conceptualizing, scripting, filming, editing, and publishing for various social and digital platforms.
- Oversee Visual Storytelling: Own the creation and delivery of video content, including b-roll footage, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and strategic goals.
- Support Cross-Channel Campaigns: Collaborate with stakeholdersI’ to conceptualize and execute content for social campaigns, public relations, email marketing, and other initiatives, maintaining consistency across platforms.
- Innovate Campaigns and Storytelling: Focus on hands-on creation of innovative concepts for integrated campaigns, video storytelling, visual identity, social launches, and digital experiences.
- Create Breakthrough Content: Conceptualize modern, disruptive, and brand-appropriate digital creative with compelling storytelling.
- Integrated Campaigns: Execute integrated campaigns and directly create content to ensure alignment of tone of voice and storytelling across campaigns.
- Leverage Technology: Use tools and platforms for asset creation, delivery, and tracking, leveraging Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop) and AI-powered tools like Canva or CapCut to streamline workflows.
- Support Brand Expansion: Produce versatile content for multiple brands under CharterUP
Qualifications – Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Communications, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years of experience in creative design and production, content marketing, web and video communications.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere, and Lightroom.
- Ability to deliver high-quality content efficiently, balancing creativity with attention to detail.
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to adapt to a fast-paced startup environment.
- Ability to adapt high-quality assets into engaging content across multiple channels.
Compensation:
$60,000 - $70,000 USD
