About the team/role:

We are seeking a Senior Marketing Operations Analyst (Campaigns) to manage campaigns and execute day-to-day operations within Marketo, SFDC and Outreach . As a member of the revenue operations team, you will work closely with marketing and the marketing operations team members to execute demand generation initiatives. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign setup, and ownership over the workflows required for systems to connect marketing channels to Salesforce as it relates to campaigns including list uploads & enrichment, account matching and routing. 
  • Create target account lists and reports based on account, lead/contact or behavioral attributes for ABM campaigns within SFDC, Marketo and Demandbase. 
  • Create Marketo email nurture campaigns and own quality assurance of those campaigns. 
  • Ensure appropriate lead flow from external platforms integrated into Marketo (e.g. Zoom, LinkedinAds).
  • Create scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign setup, conversion, nurturing, and database management.
  • Build sequences and audiences within Outreach for sales execution
  • Work effectively within the marketing team and with the broader revenue teams to successfully take programs from start to finish. 

What you bring:

  • Marketing Tools Experience: 2-4 years in campaign operations using Marketo (certification a plus), 1-2 years with SFDC and Outreach.
  • Industry Experience: 2-4 years in the software industry, ideally with B2B and PLG sales exposure.
  • Campaign Expertise: Proven experience with campaign best practices, process adherence, and accurate reporting.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail in campaign execution; skilled in creating detailed documentation.
  • Project Management Skills: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision; experience with tools like Asana or JIRA.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Marketo integration with platforms like SFDC, LeanData, and third-party providers; capable of building SFDC list views, reports, and Outreach sequences.
  • Self-Motivation: Proactive and self-driven, with effective time management to meet targets.
  • Collaborative Approach: Experience working with cross-functional teams to achieve results.

We use geographic cost of labor as an input to develop ranges for our roles and as such, each location where we hire may have a different range. If this role is remote, we have listed the top to the bottom of the possible range, but we will specify the target range for an exact location when you are selected for a recruiting discussion. The base salary range for this role is $119,000 to $140,000 in San Francisco, CA.
