We are seeking an Associate HRBP to provide day-to-day HR support to front-line managers in GTM and Operations while gaining exposure to HRBP practices. In this role, you will provide tactical guidance on policies, routine performance management, and general HR inquiries. You will also assist the HRBP team with administrative tasks, including opening requisitions in Workday, supporting investigations, and contributing to HR projects as needed.

What you’ll do
- Provide guidance to front-line managers in GTM & Operations on performance management, including reviewing performance improvement plans, written feedback, and quarterly check-ins, as well as navigating policies related to attendance, office adherence, employee conduct, and the company handbook.
Support front-line managers through the termination process, ensuring they are prepared for exit meetings, completing all necessary paperwork, being present in the meetings, and coordinating cross-functional action items. - Respond to HR-related inquiries, ensuring managers and employees receive accurate, timely, and consistent information.
- Guide front-line managers through organizational changes, providing thoughtful change management support.
- Assist the HRBP team with Workday tasks, including managing job requisitions, sabbatical approvals, and separation agreements.
- Conduct exit interviews across the company, identify key themes, and escalate areas of concern as needed.
- Support key people programs, including calibrations, engagement survey analysis, and talent review preparation. Provide insights to the L&D team on emerging development needs based on direct interactions with managers and employees.
- Act as a highly collaborative team member, proactively sharing patterns and themes observed in day-to-day work. Use sound judgment to determine when to escalate issues.
What you bring
- 4+ years of HR experience, with a strong foundation in policy interpretation, performance management, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Confidence in guiding policy adherence, supporting termination conversations, and coaching front-line managers.
- Passion for building relationships with managers, employees, and cross-functional partners.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting quickly to shifting priorities.
- Strong judgment and integrity, with a commitment to confidentiality, transparency, and accountability.
- Active listening and communication skills to foster clarity, understanding, and alignment.
- A data-informed mindset—able to interpret insights and contribute to data-driven initiatives (without direct responsibility for data analysis).
- Experience working in Workday is required. Culture Amp experience is preferred.
