Process Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Process Engineer to own and improve internal processes across product development and operations. This role will focus on building, documenting, and optimizing workflows to ensure efficiency, consistency, and scalability across teams.

Responsibilities
• Own and maintain internal process documentation, ensuring clarity and accessibility across teams
• Build, standardize, and continuously improve processes across the product lifecycle
• Partner closely with product development, engineering, and operations to align workflows
• Identify gaps or inefficiencies and implement practical, scalable solutions
• Lead process mapping, SOP creation, and documentation updates
• Support cross functional initiatives to improve speed, quality, and execution
• Ensure processes are followed and evolve them as business needs change

Qualifications
• 3 to 7+ years of experience in process engineering or similar role
• Proven experience building and documenting processes from the ground up
• Strong understanding of product development workflows
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work cross functionally and drive alignment
• Strong problem solving and continuous improvement mindset
