Sales Operations Coordinator
The Sales Operations Coordinator supports the day-to-day execution of our retail business across key customer accounts. Reporting to the Sales Operations Manager, this role coordinates retailer item setups, product launches, promotions, and other operational activities while partnering cross-functionally to ensure projects stay on track. The role offers broad exposure to the product lifecycle, providing the opportunity to see products move from forecast to shelf at major retailers.

Key Responsibilities
New Product Launch Support
- Track product launches to ensure retailer requirements and internal deliverables are completed on schedule.
- Ensure 100% on time & in full launches
Key Promotional Event Coordination
- Maintain promotional calendars and coordinate retailer promotional submissions.
- Track promotional timelines, communicate key deadlines, and verify promotional execution.
- Maintain promotional records and assist in tracking performance against forecasts.
Purchase Order & Retail Operations Support
- Review purchase orders for accuracy and coordinate resolution of discrepancies.
- Monitor operational issues, retailer requests, and follow up with internal teams to ensure timely resolution.
- Escalate issues requiring management attention.
Process & Documentation Management
- Maintain retailer-specific process documentation and operational requirements.
- Support the development and maintenance of department SOPs, checklists, and workflow documentation.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and consistency across operational processes.
- Assist with the implementation of new tools, trackers, and workflows.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Logistics, Purchasing, New Product Development and other internal teams to support retailer initiatives.
- Communicate project updates, coordinate deliverables, and help keep projects on schedule.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with retailer support teams and internal cross-functional partners to ensure seamless execution of retailer initiatives
Qualifications
We're looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, eager to learn, and excited to build a career in Sales Operations. This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience supporting product launches, retailer initiatives, and cross-functional projects while building a strong foundation in consumer products and retail.
- 0–2 years of experience in sales support, operations, project coordination, consumer products, or a related field (internships and co-op experience welcome)
- Interest in consumer products, retail, or sales operations
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and basic data analysis
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn
- Strong sense of ownership with the ability to take initiative, follow through on commitments, and drive tasks to completion
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Fully in-office

Salary Range (commensurate with experience)
$47,000 - $52,000 USD
