
Groups & Classes Coordinator
JOB SUMMARY:
The Groups & Classes Coordinator at Christ Fellowship Español provides leadership to Campus Groups & Classes by creating environments where people can GROW in their relationship with God and others through Encouragement, Scripture, Prayer, and Accountability (Next Steps).
JOB DUTIES:
- Assist with execution of Central Groups & Classes vision and strategy to create environments where people can grow in their relationship with God and others.
- Group & Class Leadership (Coaches, Group Leaders, Class Table Leaders, and Room Hosts)
- Select, Equip, Relate, Validate and Empower a team of volunteers through training, events or one-on-one coaching.
- Plan and lead consistent Interest, Onboarding, Orientation, Training and Appreciation opportunities for existing and future volunteers.
- Collaboratively promote both virtual and in-person Groups and Classes through Connect Weekends, Journey, Events, and Weekend Lobby times.
- Maintain the accuracy of all data and follow-ups in our relationship management system for Groups and Classes at your location.
- Exceptionally organized with a strong ability to prioritize administrative tasks.
- Firm grasp or quick to learn information technology/computer skills (Google and other office applications, social media, etc.)
- Visit all groups (in -person and online) at least twice a month.
CAMPUS SPECIFIC:
- Sharing in small and large audiences as initiated by the campus pastor (E.g. Huddles, classes, Journey and in some weekends)
- Assist in translating content from Central from English to Spanish as needed.
- Be part of video shoots for class curriculums as needed.
EDUCATION: Bachelor’s Degree preferred
RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE:
Two to four years of ministry related experience and building volunteer teams.
JOB SPECS:
Classification: Full-time, Salary (Exempt), including weekends and some week nights.
Reporting to: Campus Groups & Classes Director
