At City Storage Systems, we're building Infrastructure for Better Food. We help restaurateurs around the world succeed in online food delivery. Our goal is to make food more affordable, higher quality, and convenient for everyone. We're changing the game for restaurateurs, whether they’re opening their first location, through to your favorite global quick-service restaurant chain.

What you’ll do

  • As an Executive Recruiter, you’ll play a critical role in scaling our teams across CloudKitchens, Otter, Picnic, and Lab37 — the core products of City Storage Systems. You’ll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and hiring world-class talent to lead our most strategic and technical initiatives.

  • Own and drive full-cycle recruiting for executive-level roles across product, engineering, operations, and business teams.

  • Partner closely with hiring managers to define hiring needs and go-to-market strategies for priority leadership searches.

  • Build strong pipelines through creative sourcing, targeted outreach, and relationship-first recruiting.

  • Deliver a high-touch, white-glove candidate experience throughout the process.

What we’re looking for

  • 3 - 5 years of experience in executive recruiting, ideally in high-growth tech or startup environments.

  • Proven success hiring senior-level candidates across multiple functions — Product, Engineering, Corporate, GTM, and/or Operations.

  • Deep expertise in company, and candidate mapping along with milti-channel outreach and conversion.

  • A relationship-driven approach with a strong sense of urgency and ownership.

  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and moving quickly in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

This role is based in our Los Angeles office. We’re constantly reimagining our industry, creating new products, and refining our processes, and we do our best work together. That’s why all of our office-based teams work onsite, five days a week.
