Demand Plan Specialist

Remote or hybrid, Utah preferred

The Demand Plan Specialist will support the Operations team by driving accurate SKU-level forecasting, coordinating kitting for inventory, and improving demand planning processes. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure inventory aligns with business needs. This position reports to the Demand Planner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Forecasting & Analysis: Assist in SKU-level demand forecasting for both .com and retail by analyzing historical sales trends, tracking performance, and adjusting forecasts based on trends and real-time data. Support new product launch forecasting by incorporating input from sales and product teams.
  • Kitting & Inventory Coordination: Work with operations and supply planning to schedule and execute kitting projects, ensuring material availability aligns with forecasted demand. 
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Process Improvement: Partner with supply planning, sales, and operations to ensure alignment on demand forecasts and kitting needs. Contribute to process improvements by refining demand planning tools and workflows for efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 1-3 years of experience in demand planning, supply chain, or inventory management.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel.
  • Experience with SKU-level forecasting and data-driven decision-making.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross-functionally.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and adaptability.

Salary: $75,000 annually

Location: Remote, Utah preferred
