People Systems Analyst

The People Systems Analyst will support maintenance and enhancement of CLEAR’s Workday platform and other People applications, playing an important role in optimizing solutions that support CLEAR’s growing and evolving workforce. As People Systems Analyst, you’ll support People processes, initiatives, operations, and reporting across relevant functional areas. This is an ideal role for someone early in their Workday or HRIS career who’s eager to learn, grow, and take ownership of cross-functional systems support and development.
What you'll do:
- Provide ongoing support, configuration, testing, maintenance, and audits across People technology platforms including Workday HCM, ATS applications, and other relevant technology.
- Collaborate with People, IT, Finance, and Data teams on cross-functional solutions, integrations, and strategic initiatives.
- Support the intake, prioritization, and delivery of roadmap features and enhancements.
- Optimize business processes with a focus on scalability and sustainability.
- Support data-driven decisions through development of custom reports and dashboards that make People data and insights accessible and actionable.
- Triage and resolve support issues using a case management system based on impact and urgency.
- Administer and audit system permissions to ensure compliance and data privacy.
- Maintain system documentation, SOPs, and user guides; support change management and training related to process updates and new feature implementations.
How you'll measure success:
- Resolution time & volume of support cases, measured against SLAs.
- Documented improvements in workflows (e.g., reduced manual effort, faster approvals, fewer errors)
- Adoption of new features and system changes with minimal resistance or confusion.
- Accuracy and timeliness of custom reports, dashboards, and analytics.
- Minimal disruption during critical People and Payroll processes and operations.
- Successful audit outcomes with no major findings related to permissions, privacy, or data security.
What you're great at:
- 2+ years of practical Workday or comparable HRIS experience, including troubleshooting issues and functional configuration. Experience with Time Tracking and Scheduling a plus.
- Strong knowledge of HR, Payroll, and Benefits processes and best practices.
- Demonstrated experience in process improvement and systems optimization.
- Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage sensitive data with integrity and confidentiality.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.

The base salary range for this role is $80,00-105,000 depending on levels of skills and experience.
The base salary range represents the low and high end of CLEAR’s salary range for this position. Salaries will vary depending on various factors which include, but are not limited to location, education, skills, experience and performance. The range listed is just one component of CLEAR’s total compensation package for employees and other rewards may include annual bonuses, commission, Restricted Stock Units
