We’re searching for a strategic storyteller and content architect to shape the voice of a leading commercial entertainment provider on Social Media. This role is ideal for someone who lives at the intersection of clever copywriting, sharp social instincts, and smart strategy.

If you can write headlines that hook, captions that convert, and long-form posts that keep people reading, and you know how to build a content roadmap that delivers results: this is your role.

You'll help create and execute a social strategy that informs, entertains, and builds trust with an audience of business owners. Think: strategy-forward, audience-obsessed, data-aware, and always brand-consistent.

The Impact You Will Make 

Your content and strategy will:

  • Grow Social followers and engagement with compelling, brand-right messaging
  • Drive quality B2B leads by aligning content with the customer journey
  • Bring the brand’s voice to life in ways that resonate with SMBs and industry decision-makers

What you’ll do:

  • Write engaging, on-brand, platform-specific copy that connects with target audiences—from scroll-stopping hooks to strong CTAs
  • Build and maintain a clear Social Content Strategy tied to business and brand goals
  • Generate, edit, publish, and share content daily (original text, photos, videos, memes, and curated news)
  • Use data and insights to refine tone, messaging, and creative for better performance
  • Customize messaging per platform, target audience, and campaign goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support larger brand, sales, and product initiatives
  • Keep your finger on the pulse of trending topics, cultural moments, and social shifts
  • Provide clear, confident content direction to designers, editors, and collaborators

What You Bring 

Exceptional Copywriting & Content Skills

  • Strong portfolio of high-impact B2B content, especially for Social
  • Ability to distill complex ideas into clear, engaging, and on-brand copy
  • Mastery of tone, voice, grammar, and structure
  • Confidence writing across formats: short-form, long-form, and everything in between

Industry Expertise:

  • Experience working within the B2B space, particularly with SMB owners in industries like hospitality, retail, and food & beverage.
  • High knowledge of U.S. professional sports leagues and their fan demographics.

Social Media Mastery:

  • Deep understanding of social platforms (LinkedIn, TikTok, X, etc.) and their audiences.
  • Experience in differentiating strategies for platforms and optimizing content for engagement.
  • Proficiency in social analytics tools to extract insights and adjust strategy accordingly.

Analytical Mindset:

  • Ability to interpret performance data and translate it into actionable strategies.
  • A “So What” and “Now What” approach to social analytics, always seeking to refine and improve.
