We’ve partnered with a leader in the entertainment industry to elevate their social presence and advocacy. Now, we’re looking for a creative powerhouse who knows how to bring a brand’s voice to life—visually.
This role is ideal for a designer who thrives in fast-paced environments, understands the rhythm of social, and knows how to craft content that moves—literally and figuratively.
The Impact You Will Make
You’ll design content that:
- Builds brand awareness and affinity across major social platforms
- Captures the attention of business owners and decision-makers
- Aligns with strategic campaigns and delivers real business results
What you’ll do:
- Create standout visual content for social media—graphics, infographics and motion graphics
- Design within brand guidelines to maintain a cohesive look across platforms
- Collaborate with marketing and strategy teams to deliver creative assets for campaigns, promotions, and brand moments
- Produce engaging video content: social promos, how-tos, behind-the-scenes, and more
- Stay plugged into social design trends to bring fresh formats and ideas to the table
What You Bring
Design & Content Creation Expertise
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio of graphic production
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.)
- Ability to craft content that feels native to each platform, from LinkedIn to Instagram Reels
Strategic Collaboration & Execution
- Experience collaborating with strategy and marketing teams to align creative with business goals
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines with efficiency and grace
- Experience developing and supporting a content calendar with diverse formats and styles
Social Media Mastery:
- Deep understanding of social platforms (LinkedIn, TikTok, X, etc.) and their audiences.
- Experience in differentiating strategies for platforms and optimizing content for engagement.
- Proficiency in social analytics tools to extract insights and adjust strategy accordingly.
Analytical Mindset:
- Ability to interpret performance data and translate it into actionable strategies.
- A “So What” and “Now What” approach to social analytics, always seeking to refine and improve.
