Role Overview

ClearView Healthcare Partners is seeking a Primary Research Associate to join our growing Gurgaon, India office as part of the Expert Research Solutions (ERS) team. This role will support Associate Research Managers by coordinating and executing sourcing activities within the project setting. The ideal candidate brings experience in research coordination, recruitment, scheduling and logistics, and high-quality professional outreach. Strong organization skills, attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential. Familiarity with the healthcare or life sciences industry is highly desirable, along with a demonstrated commitment to collaborative teamwork. The Primary Research Associate will report directly to the Associate Research Managers within the ERS team.

Responsibilities

  • Identify high-value experts across the healthcare and life sciences sectors—including Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), physicians, and payers—in collaboration with Associate Research Managers
  • Support project recruitment by conducting background research on therapeutic areas, preparing project briefs and curating targeted expert lists for outreach
  • Monitor internal and external calendar invitations, ensuring smooth scheduling of expert interviews and resolving logistical or technical issues as they arise
  • Provide reliable, after-hours coordination support for interviews and communications with experts and project teams across time zones
  • Maintain consistent, clear, and professional communication with experts, vendors, and internal project teams
  • Contribute to departmental initiatives and process improvements aligned with ERS strategic priorities
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks to support project execution and ensure recruitment targets and timelines are met

Qualifications and requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in lead generation and/or expert recruitment.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Lifesciences and healthcare. 
  • Able to independently manage activities across multiple workstreams. 
  • Proficient in using CRM software, such as Salesforce. 
  • Strong written and oral communication skills in English. 
  • Enthusiasm for working in a dynamic, fast-paced, and collaborative team environment. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). 
  • Highly organized with a strong attention to detail. 
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently. 
  • Previous experience at an expert network organization is a plus.
