Who You Are

You are a problem-solver at heart, passionate about understanding and tackling customer challenges. You excel at debugging complex systems, identifying patterns, and automating processes to improve efficiency. You are comfortable working closely with customer-facing teams, bridging the gap between technical solutions and customer satisfaction. With a solid foundation in full-stack JavaScript development, you thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments and take ownership of your work.

 

What You'll Do

  • Debug and resolve customer issues in real time, including handling customer escalations.
  • Identify patterns in recurring issues and develop automated solutions to improve support practices.
  • Collaborate with customer-facing teams to deeply understand user pain points and provide technical expertise.
  • Design, build, and maintain scalable full-stack JavaScript applications to address both internal and external needs.
  • Continuously improve tools and systems to streamline operations and enhance the user experience.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to optimize support processes and implement innovative solutions.

 

What You'll Need

  • 2+ years of software engineering experience with a strong focus on debugging and problem-solving.
  • Expertise in full-stack JavaScript development (Node.js, React, or similar frameworks).
  • A customer-focused mindset with the ability to communicate technical solutions effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to recognize patterns and propose scalable solutions.
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments with a focus on delivering real-time solutions.
  • A proactive attitude and a drive to take ownership of projects from start to finish.

 

Nice to have:

  • Experience with telecom, communication, or messaging platforms.
  • Exposure to early-stage startups or high-growth companies, with a passion for driving results in these environments.
