ClickHouse is actively seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to join our rapidly expanding team. In this critical role, you will become an integral part of our organization, collaborating closely with our sales representatives, account managers, and cross-functional partners to drive sales performance and streamline processes within the dynamic and rapidly growing cloud services market. The Sales Operations Analyst assumes a pivotal position in the orchestration and optimization of our sales processes. Their responsibilities encompass ensuring seamless interdepartmental collaboration and providing data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions. This role stands as a linchpin in both the success of our sales team and the overarching growth trajectory of ClickHouse. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter and is motivated to roll up their sleeves and help out within the operations team. You will streamline processes, accelerate our GTM skills, and foster a customer-friendly attitude.
Note: This position can be remote anywhere in Australia, Singapore, or Bengaluru
What you will do:
- Partner with the go-to-market teams to develop meaningful reports, dashboards, and analysis using Salesforce, Excel, SQL, Superset, etc..
- Partner with the sales team to manage the forecast and provide analysis on the forecast, pipeline, and sales outcomes
- Responsible for APJ deal support from quote to cash
- Support the creation of private offers on Cloud Service Provider platforms
- Provision ClickHouse Cloud credits in m3ter, issue credit refunds, and oversee trial extensions
- Build sales enablement and onboarding new APJ sales leaders
- Manage and maintain territories in Leandata, including the methodology, design, and assignment process
- Quickly solve process pain points in the moment, while helping develop long-term solutions
- Partner with the billing and finance teams to consolidate and automate manual processes
- Partner with data warehouse teams to maintain a unified data dictionary and reporting cadence plus QA cycle
- Build and maintain our documentation on go-to-market policies and processes to help enforce compliance and data quality
- Participate in the planning process and write compensation letters aligned to the quota plan and target
What you bring:
- 3+ years in a Sales Operations role in a SaaS technology company. Start up experience preferred
- Strong SQL skills and knowledge with Salesforce data tables
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to work independently as well as in a highly collaborative, team-based environment
- Ability to execute and skillfully juggle multiple projects, stakeholders, and deadlines
- Systems thinking by accurately defining the problem and scope and applying creative solutions using process and technology
- Great communicator with the ability to understand complex concepts and speak to them concisely and effectively
- Knowledge and experience of go-to-market tools (e.g. Salesforce, LeanData, Groove, etc..)
- Knowledge of cloud and consumption based billing within SaaS technology
