About the Role

We’re hiring our first Business Development Representative to build and scale our outbound motion. This is a unique opportunity to help define the DNA of our sales development organization. If you're a high-performing hunter with a passion for AI, infrastructure, and process-driven growth, we want to talk.

What You’ll Do

  • Own outbound prospecting into large enterprise accounts – from research and cold outreach to qualification and setting high-quality meetings.
  • Build and refine outbound playbooks, sequences, and processes for future BDR hires.
  • Partner closely with sales, marketing, and product to fine-tune messaging and targeting.
  • Set and track structured KPIs and activity metrics with a rigorous reporting mindset.
  • Help build a scalable and repeatable pipeline-generation engine from the ground up.
  • Be a coach-player: execute individual outreach while mentoring future hires.
  • Leverage AI-driven tools to personalize outreach, automate workflows, and optimize performance.
  • Bring judgment, maturity, and creativity to every interaction—internal or external.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven performer: You’ve consistently outperformed peers or exceeded quota in prior roles.
  • Outbound expert: You bring 2–4+ years of BDR/SDR experience, mostly in outbound roles.
  • Early-stage builder: You’ve been the first or one of the first BDRs at a startup and have built repeatable processes.
  • Enterprise savvy: Experience selling into large enterprise accounts.
  • Structured and data-driven: You thrive on metrics, KPIs, and activity tracking.
  • AI and tech stack fluent: Hands-on experience with AI tools, CRMs, sequencing platforms (e.g., Outreach, Apollo, HubSpot).
  • B2B infrastructure experience is a must (cloud, observability, DevOps, AI infrastructure, etc.).
  • Cross-functional collaborator: Experience reporting into marketing and/or working closely with marketing teams is a plus.
  • Self-starter and team player: Comfortable operating solo but also thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
  • High judgment and strong cultural fit: You know when to push and when to pause.
