Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Designer to collaborate closely with the Digital Marketing Coordinator to bring marketing campaigns to life. This role focuses on creating compelling digital assets—including email graphics, social media content, website banners, and promotional visuals—to support sales initiatives, drive e-commerce traffic, and enhance overall brand experience. 

What You’ll Do:

Campaign & Asset Design 

  • Design visually engaging assets for email campaigns, web promotions, social media, and digital ads 
  • Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Coordinator on campaign strategy and asset requirements 
  • Ensure consistency with Club Colors' brand identity across all touchpoints 

Web & E-Commerce Support 

  • Create product graphics, homepage banners, and promotional visuals for over 100 Shopify e-commerce stores 
  • Assist in the design of seasonal promotions and merchandising visuals to support a 10% web sales increase 

Email Marketing Design 

  • Design email headers, product spotlights, and calls-to-action in alignment with the Digital Marketing Coordinator’s campaign calendar 
  • Ensure graphics are mobile-responsive and optimized for various platforms 

Sales Enablement Support 

  • Design digital presentations, flyers, and branded templates that support the sales team in closing deals 
  • Translate complex ideas into polished, visual storytelling tools 

Social Media & Digital Campaign Assets 

  • Design engaging graphics for organic and paid social media campaigns 
  • Create motion graphics or lightweight animations when appropriate  

Brand Consistency & Innovation 

  • Uphold and evolve Club Colors’ visual identity in digital formats 
  • Stay up-to-date on design trends, UX best practices, and tools relevant to digital marketing 

Who You Are : 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or related field 
  • 2+ years of experience in digital design, preferably in marketing or e-commerce 
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); Canva knowledge is a plus 
  • Working knowledge of email platforms (e.g., ActiveCampaign), Shopify, and basic HTML/CSS preferred 
  • Strong visual storytelling, layout, and typography skills 
  • Highly organized with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment 
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills 

Preferred Skills: 

  • Experience in the promotional products industry or with collegiate and corporate branding 
  • Interest in using AI tools and automation to improve design workflows

Salary Range:
