In this role, you’ll analyze offer pricing, conversion, and margin performance across high-volume funnels, supporting pricing decisions across 10,000+ weekly offers and a dataset of 250,000+ customer offers with live market valuations. You’ll turn data into clear pricing recommendations that improve volume, profitability, and capital efficiency.
You’ll work closely with Data Engineering, Operations, and Leadership to test pricing strategies, identify over- and under-conversion, refine pricing curves, and support inventory and disposition decisions across retail, wholesale, and export. This role sits at the intersection of analytics and execution, with high visibility and measurable impact.
What You’ll Do

- Identify where we are over- or under-converting and recommend pricing changes to improve volume and margin
- Evaluate bid/ask dynamics and customer response to offer prices across key vehicle segments
- Run and scale A/B pricing tests across priority vehicle segments
- Refine retail, wholesale, and export pricing curves using current and historical market data
- Measure price-to-market elasticity and feed insights into offer pricing and retail frameworks
- Analyze sold vs. unsold inventory to understand spread, days-to-sell, and capital efficiency
- Support inventory mix decisions by evaluating expected turn, GPU, and risk exposure
- Provide pricing recommendations that balance growth, margin, and liquidity
- Build and maintain pricing and conversion dashboards using SQL and BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau)
- Own recurring pricing performance reporting for executives and cross-functional stakeholders
- Prepare clear, concise presentations that translate analysis into actionable recommendations
- Work closely with Data Engineering to ensure reliable data and scalable reporting
- Partner with Operations and Leadership to turn insights into pricing and disposition actions
What We’re Looking For
- 4–7 years of experience in pricing, analytics, strategy, BizOps, consulting, or a related role in a data-driven or high-growth environment
- Strong SQL skills with experience using BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau) and advanced Excel / Google Sheets
Proven ability to turn analysis into clear pricing recommendations with measurable impact (e.g., conversion, margin, volume) - Strong business judgment across pricing, conversion dynamics, inventory turn, and unit economics
- Clear, concise communicator with experience presenting insights to senior stakeholders
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with Data Engineering, Operations, and Leadership
- Willing to work from our downtown Toronto headquarters (60 Adelaide Street East); remote candidates will not be considered
It’d be great if you have:
