Description

We are seeking an experienced Contract Recruiter to join our team for a 3 - 6-month engagement. In this role, you will support both technical and non-technical hiring across the organization, with an emphasis on recruiting for technical roles. You’ll collaborate closely with hiring managers to identify top talent and ensure a seamless candidate experience from sourcing to offer. This is a 100% remote position.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ideal candidate profiles
  • Screen both technical and non-technical candidates for fit, qualifications, and interest
  • Guide candidates through the interview process, ensuring a smooth and professional experience
  • Proactively source and engage candidates using a variety of tools and channels
  • Review resumes and applications to assess alignment with open roles
  • Own the end-to-end candidate process, from first contact to offer negotiation
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation within our applicant tracking system

You Have

  • 2–3 years of previous recruitment experience
  • Experience working with Greenhouse ATS (preferred)
  • Proven experience recruiting for technical roles is required
  • Experience sourcing passive candidates through platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Strong relationship-building skills with both hiring managers and candidates
  • Familiarity with managing the full recruitment cycle, including offer negotiations
  • Ability to work independently and communicate effectively in a remote environment
  • Availability to commit to a 3 - 6-month contract role, working core hours in the Eastern or Central time zones

Pay Range Disclosure

Cobalt is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this role is ($30 - $50) per hour. A candidate’s salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, and certifications.  The salary range may differ in other states and may be impacted by proximity to major metropolitan cities.
