Description

Salesforce is the central nervous system of our Go-to-Market (GTM) organization, and we are looking for a Senior Salesforce Administrator to own and elevate this critical platform. This is a hands-on, strategic role for an experienced Salesforce professional who excels at solving complex business challenges through creative and scalable solutions.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day administration, configuration, and continuous improvement of our Salesforce instance, directly impacting the efficiency and effectiveness of our Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams. Reporting to the Senior GTM Operations Manager, you will be a key member of the RevOps team, serving as the go-to expert for all things Salesforce.

What You'll Do

  • Platform Management: Serve as the primary system administrator for the Salesforce.com environment, managing user setup, profiles, roles, permissions, and security settings.
  • Process Automation: Design, build, and maintain complex declarative solutions using Flows, Process Builder, and validation rules to automate and optimize business processes for our GTM teams.
  • Data Integrity & Governance: Own data quality within Salesforce, performing regular data audits, managing data migrations, and implementing best practices for data hygiene.
  • Stakeholder Partnership: Partner with stakeholders across the GTM organization to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and proactively identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • System Integration: Manage integrations between Salesforce and other key business systems within our GTM tech stack (e.g., Marketing Automation, Sales Engagement tools).
  • User Training & Enablement: Develop and deliver training materials and documentation for new features and processes to ensure our users are getting the most out of the platform.

You Must Have

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment.
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator is required. Advanced certifications (e.g., Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder) are highly preferred.
  • Deep expertise in declarative development, particularly with Salesforce Flow, to build complex business process automation.
  • Strong understanding of Go-to-Market processes, including lead management, sales cycles, pipeline management, customer success, and finance. 
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Pay Range Disclosure (For US openings only)

Cobalt is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this role is 87,000 - 109,000 + equity + benefits. A candidate’s salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, and certifications.  The salary range may differ in other states and may be impacted by proximity to major metropolitan cities.
