Senior Product Manager - Stablecoins

About the Role

We are looking for a Product Manager – Stablecoins to own and scale our stablecoin-related business line across Latin America. This role is responsible for defining, building, and evolving stablecoin products and capabilities that power B2B payments, treasury operations, liquidity management, and cross-border flows.

This is a product ownership role, sitting at the intersection of payments, crypto infrastructure, banking rails, compliance, and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Own the stablecoins product line end-to-end, including roadmap, prioritization, and execution.

• Define and evolve stablecoin use cases such as:

  • B2B payments and settlements

  • Cross-border transfers

  • Treasury and liquidity management

  • On/off-ramps and account-based flows

• Work closely with Engineering to design and evolve:

  • Stablecoin transaction flows

  • APIs and platform capabilities

  • Reliability, scalability, and performance metrics

• Partner with Compliance, Legal, Risk, and Finance to ensure products meet regulatory and operational requirements.

• Manage integrations with blockchains, custodians, banks, PSPs, liquidity providers, and exchanges.

• Own success metrics for the stablecoin business line (adoption, volume, reliability, cost efficiency).

• Act as the primary product interface with internal stakeholders and external partners related to stablecoins.

• Continuously assess market trends, regulatory developments, and competitive landscape in stablecoins and digital assets.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in fintech, payments, crypto, or financial infrastructure.

• Hands-on experience with stablecoins, crypto payments, wallets, on/off-ramps, or digital asset platforms.

• Strong understanding of:

  • Stablecoin transaction lifecycles

  • Fiat ↔ crypto flows

  • Liquidity and settlement concepts

  • Blockchain-based payment rails

• Experience working with API-driven platforms and external integrations.

• Ability to operate in regulated environments and collaborate with compliance and risk teams.

• Strong product judgment, prioritization skills, and stakeholder communication.

• Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.

• Full professional English proficiency.

Nice to Have

• Experience with B2B payments or treasury products.

• Exposure to cross-border payments in LATAM.

• Familiarity with multiple blockchain ecosystems.

• Experience working with PSPs, banks, or financial infrastructure providers.

• Previous experience launching 0→1 crypto or stablecoin products.
