The Role: We are looking for a strategic, results-driven Senior Manager, Integrated Marketing to lead efforts in strengthening and expanding the Cocolab brand. You’ll be the mastermind behind developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and sales. This includes leading trade and retail marketing, cultivating partnerships, driving PR initiatives, and managing organic influencer marketing. Your work will be key to ensuring we connect with our target consumers and elevate Cocolab in the marketplace.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop & Execute Integrated Marketing Strategies: Lead the creation and execution of integrated campaigns across retail, digital, and influencer channels to drive brand awareness, consumer engagement, and sales growth.
  • Drive Trade & Retail Marketing: Develop strategies for retail visibility and distribution, collaborating with key retail partners to design impactful in-store displays, promotions, and co-branded activations that resonate with consumers.
  • Build Strategic Partnerships & PR Relationships: Cultivate relationships with media outlets, retail partners, and influencers to amplify our brand presence. Lead PR strategies to secure media coverage and manage our brand’s reputation.
  • Lead Organic Influencer Marketing: Develop and manage organic influencer marketing strategies to promote brand advocacy through trusted voices, ensuring content resonates authentically with our audience.
  • Campaign Management & Performance Analysis: Oversee the execution of campaigns, monitor their performance, and use data-driven insights to optimize future initiatives for maximum ROI. Provide detailed performance reports to senior leadership.

What You'll Bring:

  • Experience: You have 5+ years of experience in integrated marketing, specifically within the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry, with expertise in trade marketing, retail marketing, PR, and influencer marketing.
  • Proven Success: You’ve successfully led integrated marketing campaigns that delivered measurable results in both B2C and retail environments.
  • Market Knowledge: A strong understanding of CPG market dynamics, consumer behavior, and trends—especially in health, wellness, or beauty.
  • Retail Expertise: Experience managing retail relationships and creating impactful in-store marketing strategies that increase product visibility and sales.
  • Project Management Skills: You thrive in handling multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and staying within budget.
  • Communication Skills: You’re a skilled communicator who can craft compelling narratives and engage key stakeholders, whether they’re media, influencers, or partners.
  • Analytical Mindset: You have a data-driven approach, using analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness and continuously refine strategies.
  • Adaptability: You thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and results-driven environment.
