About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer who is a strong teammate, thinks beyond the immediate task, and consistently delivers high-quality, production-ready code.

You’ll work end-to-end — from concept and design to implementation and maintenance — building intuitive user interfaces, scalable APIs, and LLM-powered features that deliver real value in highly regulated environments. Your work will directly impact how customers operate and make decisions.

Position Location: Remote (LATAM)
Time Zone Requirements: East / West Coast overlap

How you’ll make an impact

Full Stack Development

• Build and maintain features using Node.js, Svelte or React, PostgreSQL (Supabase), and Redis
• Design scalable APIs and data models with performance and maintainability in mind
• Deliver features across the full development lifecycle, from concept to production

Collaboration & Product Thinking

• Participate in Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, and code reviews
• Collaborate closely with customers and domain experts to translate real-world problems into effective solutions
• Contribute to thoughtful technical discussions and design decisions

DevOps, Quality & Security

• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment workflows
• Build with privacy and security in mind, including HIPAA and SOC2 considerations
• Use GitHub for version control, peer reviews, and team-based workflows

Learning & Growth

• Continuously learn and adapt while working across AI, medical, and legal domains
• Use LLMs as a productivity multiplier, while maintaining strong critical thinking and engineering judgment

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer
• Strong experience with Node.js, PostgreSQL, Svelte or React, and Redis
• Proven experience delivering robust, scalable systems with automated testing and deployment
• Solid background in database and middleware design (schema design, query optimization)
• Hands-on experience deploying and managing cloud infrastructure
• Familiarity with LLMs, semantic search, and prompt engineering
• Strong GitHub workflow experience (pull requests, branching strategies)
• Ability to evaluate design tradeoffs related to scalability, security, and flexibility
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
• Ability to work autonomously, manage priorities, and collaborate effectively in a remote team

• Experience integrating LLMs into production systems where accuracy matters
• Background in healthcare or legal tech
• Experience with AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., Copilot, Codex)
• Direct experience with HIPAA and SOC2 compliance
