How you’ll make an impact

Full Stack Developers are responsible for designing and developing web applications, ensuring the responsiveness, reliability, and availability, co-working with software architects and stakeholders in order to analyze, define, and design system features, which involves multiple front-end and back-end areas, among other duties.

• Design and Develop back-end web applications.
• Design and Develop front-end web applications.
• Design and implement low-latency, high-availability, and performance applications.
• Apply web scalability techniques in order to develop robust and reliable systems.
• Full responsibility for developing, testing, and deploying using our ci/cd tools.
• Design and develop APIs.
• Perform Performance improvements, maintenance and bug fixes. 
• Participate in code reviews listening to feedback and commenting on other approaches.
• Answer technical inquiries on codebase and product requirements.
• Work alongside with tech leads, product managers, and design teams.
• Meeting both technical and consumer needs.
• Contribute to team and organizational improvements in process and infrastructure.
• Occasionally participate in scheduled on-call support rotations.
• Investigate production issues and develop resolutions.
• Debug and troubleshoot applications, resolve production issues, and ensure timely fixes.

What we’re looking for:

Minimum requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science or related Fields.
• 4+ years of experience as a Fullstack Developer 70% Backend oriented 30% FE.
• Fluency  with Java, Node.js. and Oracle PL SQL.
• Fluency in JavaScript ES5/ES6, ReactJS, and ExtJS.
• Familiarity  MySQL 
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as New Relic and Splunk.
• Experience with performance and load testing tools such as JMeter
• Expertise in Amazon Web Services.
• Knowledge of AI-assisted development
• Strong understanding of software testing fundamentals
• Working understanding of Jenkins, Kubernetes, and Docker.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Keen attention to detail with the ability to identify opportunities for automating repetitive tasks.
• Capability to grasp requirements and translate them into technical implementations.
