Solutions Configuration Management Analyst
Opportunity Overview:
As a member of the Solutions Configuration Management team you will be contributing to the analysis, documentation, implementation and maintenance of the configurations needed to enable Cohere Health solutions to meet the needs of our customers.
You’ll work closely with members of the Product, Engineering, Implementation, and Testing teams to scope, document, implement and deliver configuration items (CIs) needed to meet the requirements as part of the implementation and maintenance of our solutions.
What you’ll do:
- Own the execution of configuration deliverables for assigned projects, including client implementations and launches
- Analyze requirements and translate them into scalable configuration solutions
- Create and maintain clear documentation, including configuration specifications and standard operating procedures
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Implementation, and Testing teams to ensure configurations meet client and system requirements
- Validate and troubleshoot configurations in partnership with QA and testing teams
- Manage configuration items (CIs) throughout their lifecycle, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
Required Qualifications:

Must-haves
- 2+ years of professional experience in a Configuration role
- Hands-on experience working with structured data formats (JSON, XML)
- Familiarity with APIs
- Experience troubleshooting configuration issues in production or pre-production environments
- Experience working with ticketing systems (Jira, ServiceNow, etc.)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to clearly document technical configurations and decisions
- Experience with project management
- Experience with data exchange/transformation and/or integration/interoperability analysis and implementation
- Proven experience in Excel, including advanced functions and data analysis
- Knowledge of version control systems
- Knowledge of configuration management tools
- Self-starter, able to work independently, able to succeed in a fast-paced, high intensity start-up environment
Nice-to-haves
- Familiarity with FHIR and healthcare data exchange standards
- Exposure to Agile or Scrum environments
- Experience working in distributed or global teams
- Prior experience in healthcare or life sciences space
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
