The Role:

A Solutions Consultant - DSA/ESM Pilot Manager at CommerceIQ is primarily focused on demonstrating the value of CommerceIQ software in relation to prospects’ business objectives through executing pre-sales pilots. You will set-up, run, and analyze pilots across different product lines, primarily digital shelf analytics (DSA) and Amazon ecommerce sales management (ESM).  This role will implement quick-hitting strategies and insights to help our prospects realize the value and benefit our software provides.

This work can span across ecommerce retailers and functional CommerceIQ verticals (Sales, Retail Media, Digital Shelf, Operations, etc) however has a primary focus on Digital Shelf Analytics and Amazon Sales Management via Vendor Central.

An ideal candidate will have an innate understanding of driving 1P sales on Amazon (Amazon Vendor Central) but also strong understanding of digital shelf strategies including the C.A.R.S framework (Content, Availability/Assortment, Ratings & Reviews, Search). Supported by an Account Executive and a Solutions Consulting Director, this role will be responsible for the hands-on-keys execution and reporting of pilots to increase value for prospects and current customers. 

 What You'll Do:

  • Manage end-to-end execution of digital shelf and sales management proof of concepts.
  • Understand customer needs, to then plan, organize and manage all phases of a pilot success plan, then focus on how we use our product to help customers meet those needs.
  • Move the needle with respect to the client’s KPIs and continuously showcase the value of CommerceIQ’s platform throughout the engagement period.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and actionable recommendations.
  • Solutions Consulting Pilot Managers will also have a solid understanding of all CommerceIQ solutions and lend support to pre-sales motions such as demos, RFPs, value assessment and more.
  • Prepare and develop technical presentations, performance reviews, ad hoc insights, demos, demo environments, thought leadership,  etc. to explain our CommerceIQ products and services and how to integrate them to our customers' digital flywheel.
  • Meet with clients, online and in-person, to cultivate relationships while demonstrating thought leadership and expertise in retail media  and broader omnichannel commerce.

What You'll Bring: 

  • 5+ years of total professional work experience with at least one of the following
    • 3+ years experience with Digital Shelf Analytics software or driving Digital Shelf strategies  
    • OR 3+ years experience driving sales for brands via Amazon Vendor Central.
  • Experience working with Vendor Central to drive business outcomes
  • Understanding of the ecommerce P&L and what levers you can pull to influence sales (Content, Advertising, Pricing, Promotion, Availability, etc.)
  • Digital Shelf Analytics experience or ability to understand and translate how the digital shelf can impact consumer behavior
  • Ability to sift through large amounts of data to uncover strategic insights
  • Project management experience and ability to anticipate and mitigate risks
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills including both oral and written
  • Experience or understanding of Amazon Advertising or other retail media networks is a plus, but not a requirement. 
  • Nice to have:Digital Shelf Analytics experience  (CommerceIQ, Profitero, Data Impact, etc.)

Benefits & Perks: 

The typical base pay range for this role across the US is USD: $88,000 - $146,000 per year.

This base pay range may be inclusive of several career levels at CommerceIQ and will be narrowed based on a number of factors including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and location.
