WHAT YOU’LL DO
SUPPORT & MAINTAIN | You’ll manage the core IT services that keep CTC running. This includes our Google Workspace environment (email, file sharing and data storage), Mac device management (100%) via Kandji & Apple Business Manager, and security monitoring with Ironscales & Data. You’re tech savvy and curious about how systems work. You’ll also support Operations by testing new releases, documenting changes, and helping train staff when processes or tools are updated.
IMPROVE | You enjoy solving problems and making things easier for people. You’ll regularly assess how our tech start supports the business and recommend improvements and changes to the leadership team. You’ll help assess which systems and software work best for us and implement practical solutions that keep the company efficient and secure.
COLLABORATE | As a company-wide support role, you’ll work closely with our SaaS vendors and collaborate with staff across departments. You’ll help ensure consistent system use, maintain file organization standards, and provide hands-on assistance whenever technology challenges come up.
