Logistics Analyst
The Opportunity
We have an outstanding career opportunity for Logistics Analyst at Bangalore and Hyderabad locations. This role is responsible for analyzing and optimizing logistics operations, ensuring efficient supply chain processes, and supporting data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will have experience in logistics, transportation, and supply chain management, with strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset.
What you’ll do…
- Analyze logistics data and key performance metrics to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service levels.
- Monitor and optimize transportation, distribution, and warehousing processes.
- Identify and resolve logistics and supply chain inefficiencies through data analysis and process improvements.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to enhance logistics operations.
- Develop reports and dashboards to track shipment performance, inventory levels, and cost trends.
- Assist in route optimization, freight cost analysis, and carrier performance evaluations.
- Support the implementation of new logistics technologies and automation solutions.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and safety standards.
- Assist with contract negotiations with carriers and logistics service providers.
- Provide recommendations to management based on logistics trends and data insights.
Who you are…
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 2+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain analytics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI, etc.).
- Experience with transportation management systems (TMS) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software preferred.
- Knowledge of logistics processes, freight management, and inventory control.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Security and SaaS experience strongly preferred.
